Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world. After we found out few have brewed with it, we knew we had to! A Belgian-style saison with orange peel and coriander, we also infused saffron, the stigma of a rare flower. The resulting beer pours bright gold, with bold aromas of orange blossom, limoncello and an earthy saffron and funk character, all balanced with a champagne-like carbonation. Santé!
