Collaboration with Side Project

Imperial Stout aged in Wheated Bourbon Barrels with Toasted Cashews, Vanilla Beans & Sea Salt 

We brewed this massive stout with our friends at Side Project Brewing and loaded the brew kettle with lots of specialty malts and oats to build a dense, creamy base beer. After aging in wheated bourbon barrels for a year, we recirculated it over a bed of freshly toasted cashews, split, and scraped vanilla beans, and added sea salt. The finished beer shouts with flavors of toasted coconut and nuts, a combination of milk and dark chocolates, and vanilla soaked in whiskey.

All beer will be shipped out Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. 

You must be 21+ to order and receive a shipment of beer. Someone 21+ will need to be present to sign with a valid ID for delivery. If not available at the time of delivery reach out to UPS or GLS for redelivery of your order.

Please allow a delay of shipments with all new beer releases.
