BREWMASTER'S COLLECTIVE EXCLUSIVE

Apricot Krisp was born from a passion for experimentation. Signifying the first collaboration between the intrepid brewers at The Bruery and Firestone Walker’s Barrelworks, Apricot Krisp is a symphonic poem of flavors with an orchestrated collection of ingredients. This song begins with a wild ale fermented with freshly-harvested apricots, into which we then added Macintosh apple puree to bring a vivid apple tartness. A malty ambiance lingers in the backdrop summoning to mind a granola-inspired crust dazzling with the additions of cinnamon, toasted oats, almonds, cranberries, and vanilla. From our collaborative table to yours – cheers!
