Returns & Exchanges Policy
For Apparel Returns & Exchanges:
Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached. Please note that all sale items, gift cards, and items marked as sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
For Beer Returns:
Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
To return an item please follow the directions below:
- Go to our returns center to begin the return process. Please enter your e-mail address associated with your order and click "Find your order.” Once you have accessed the Return Center, please select the item(s) you wish to return along with the corresponding reason(s) for the return. A refund estimate will then be provided to you.
- Once you have verified the items for return, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Before packing up your return, please ensure all original tags are attached and include the RA paperwork provided.
- A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into our inventory. Please allow 4-6 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
