Rich and mysterious, Ancho & Fig Parabola offers a layered experience from the first sip to the last. The deep, coffee-brown liquid reveals hints of ruby red when held up to the light, a visual promise of the boldness within. With a nose that evokes dark chocolate and freshly ground espresso, this imperial stout is further lifted by the sweet, almost jam-like aroma of ripe figs. The warmth of ancho chili weaves through the body, adding just enough spice to complement the smooth, bourbon-soaked oak character imparted by months of aging in rye whiskey barrels. Its velvety texture coats the palate with a full-bodied richness, while a whisper of carbonation keeps each sip lively, making it a beer worth savoring slowly. Rare and refined, this brew brings together the deep comfort of dark malt with the intrigue of bold, unexpected flavors. Enjoy this beer now, or cellar in a cool, dark place between 45˚F and 55˚F. Allow it to warm up in the glass when serving.
