What began as a homebrewer’s dream, inspired by an email exchange with brewmaster Matt Brynildson, has evolved into a colossal barrel-aged masterpiece. The 2024 batch of Saucerful of Secrets continues the legacy first brewed in collaboration with the "Homebrew Chef" Sean Paxton in 2009. This second edition explodes with dried fig and plum, apple pie spice, and a subtle hint of vanilla, carrying on the tradition of bold, flavorful complexity. Aged 12 months in 10-year Henry McKenna and 9-year Elijah Craig barrels, the beer boasts a hazy honey-amber pour with gentle white foam, rich with barrel character. Perfect for pairing with holiday classics, this beer is as much an experience as it is a brew. Pop on some tunes, pour yourself a glass, and let the secrets unfold.
