2025 Damian Barleywine - Bourbon Barrel-Aged English Style Barleywine Ale

Damian Barleywine delivers a bold, indulgent experience, with a deep, dark appearance reminiscent of the rich hues of autumn. The nose is a celebration of aged wood and dark-roasted aromas—layers of toasted coffee and hints of burnt sugar evoke the time spent maturing in oak barrels. The first sip offers a striking balance between the malt's sweet, caramelized richness and the smoky depth imparted by the bourbon barrels. Subtle notes of charred wood and a gentle, warming heat from the alcohol unfold as the beer lingers, filling the mouth with a smooth, comforting weight. With each sip, the complexities of the long aging process shine through, making this a perfect brew for slow enjoyment on cool evenings. Limited in production, this barleywine is as rare as it is memorable. Enjoy this beer now, or cellar in a cool, dark place between 45˚F and 55˚F. Allow it to warm up in the glass when serving.
